The trial is 14 days on any plan, and needs no card to start. One trial per email address. During it you can build projects and record walkthroughs. It includes 20 photos; more photos, and getting files out, open with your first payment. If you don't add a card, the trial just ends. We never charge a card that isn't on file. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time. Cancel during the trial, before ever paying, and access ends straight away. You can upgrade or switch between Standard, Pro and Enterprise any time from Billing. Upgrading shows the exact amount before you confirm, then charges your card right away. Downgrading credits the unused time to your next bill.

Scope Flow only works with a US-issued card. We check the card itself, not the country you pick at checkout. We check again if you change your card later. If a card turns out to be issued outside the US, we cancel the subscription. We refund your last payment in full, straight away.

If you hit the month's limit, we tell you plainly. Nothing fails quietly, and nothing bills you extra on its own. Upgrade, or wait for the next month.
Every request is checked against your own account. One contractor's projects, clients and money are never visible to another account. Everything travels over an encrypted connection, and the stored data is encrypted too. Passwords are stored so that nobody, including us, can read them back. Your card details never reach our servers at all. Stripe handles that. We only ever see that a payment went through.
Yes, directly from your account's billing settings — no call, no email required. Your plan stays active through the end of what you already paid for, so canceling doesn't cut you off early.
No. Your business data stays yours. When Scope Flow drafts something, it sends only the project details that draft needs. Nothing is kept for training.
Yes, in two ways. First, the whole dashboard switches to Spanish or Polish from the account menu. Every page, button and label. Somebody who doesn't read English can run the app entirely in their own language. Second, the Scope Recorder. Dictate a walkthrough in whatever language you're speaking. The scope comes back in the language your dashboard is set to, never forced into English. You can also copy a translated version to paste somewhere else. Client and subcontractor drafts come back in Spanish or Polish too.
You can turn on two-factor from Settings. An authenticator app becomes a second step at login, on top of your password. Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and others all work. Turning it on also gives you ten recovery codes, shown once. Each works once. If the phone is lost or wiped, one of those gets you back in. Settings says how many are left. It's optional, and each person turns it on for their own account. With two-factor on, a leaked password alone is not enough to get in.
Yes, any time, from Settings. No support ticket. You confirm twice, and, once you've paid at least once, you can download a full backup first. Your projects, clients, subcontractors and tasks go immediately. Your billing record is kept 30 days, then deleted for good. Neither comes back.
Yes. On any plan, once you've paid once, pick any projects and download one file for a subcontractor. It has the scope items, tasks and materials for those projects. Each material shows its supplier, and whether it has landed, been cancelled or is still coming. It leaves out pricing, your markup, client contact details and any other subcontractors. Safe to hand straight to a subcontractor. They load it into their own account on any plan, once they've paid once. It arrives in their own language. Nobody has to translate anything on site.
