About Scope Flow

Scope Flow was built by real people who have worked on real jobsites and major builds, not software developers who have never set foot on a construction site.

No gimmicks.

Swinging the hammer. Reading the blueprints.

It was built by someone who has stood on both sides of the project: swinging the hammer at first light and reading the blueprints long after the crew went home. Someone who has watched good work stall because the plan got lost in translation, and who has spent too many nights rewriting the same scope so the next trade could start in the morning.

Every detail, start to finish

The work is only as good as the plan everyone follows.

Marble tile and black mosaic samples laid out for selection
01 The selectionThe tile, the grout, the fixture. Written down once with the project, so nobody on site works from memory.
Shower walls being tiled, with levelling clips in every joint
02 The settingWhere the plan meets the wall. Every trade reads the same scope, in English, Spanish or Polish.
The finished shower: marble walls and bench, black mosaic floor, rain head
03 The finishWhat the client sees, and what gets paid for, with every change order and payment exact to the cent.

What it was built for

A crew laying pavers and building a porch rail, with a loader behind

Language barriers on every jobsite

Crews share one site in more than one language. When the scope lives in only one of them, the mistakes get built into the walls. Scope Flow puts every project in English, Spanish and Polish, so everyone reads the same plan.

A kitchen near handover, with notes and tools still on the island

Hours lost to paperwork

The day doesn't end when the tools go down. Estimates, change orders and invoices take the evenings. Scope Flow keeps them with the project, worked out to the cent, so the evening is yours again.

Explaining the scope to everyone else

The same walkthrough, told again to every sub and every new hire. Walk the project once and Scope Flow turns it into a scope the whole crew can read.

Real jobsites. Major builds.

From kitchen remodels to high-rise build-outs, residential, commercial, industrial and public work alike. Demolition, excavation, concrete, masonry, steel and framing. Roofing, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, tile, cabinets, painting and finish carpentry. Every trade on the project runs on one app, each person in English, Spanish or Polish.

In memoriam

Scope Flow is dedicated to my mom, Debbie. She was the hardest-working person I've ever known, and every project in here is built on what she taught me.
