How it works
Add them once. Assign projects in the app.
Add your crew
Type their name and email. Scope Flow makes a join link, and you send it to them yourself, by text or however you like. During your free trial you can add the 4 crew your plan includes.
Assign the project
Pick who works it and press Send to crew. They get an alert, and the project lands in their Projects list under your company name. Marked New, ready to open.
Hours come back to you
They log their hours on the project and submit the week. It shows in your Timecards as Submitted by Marco. You approve it, and the hours go into the project's costs.
Your prices stay yours
They get the work. Not your numbers.

Their own email, password and two-step sign-in. You never see or set their password. If they forget it, they reset it themselves, like anyone on Scope Flow.
Remove anyone, anytime
Their access to your projects ends at once, on every device. Your projects are deleted from their account, photos and files included. Hours they already sent stay in your Timecards.
Already on Scope Flow?
They join with the login they have. Their own work stays private. You never see it. Working for more than one contractor? Each company's projects stay separate.
When the project changes
Change the project. Your crew hear about it.
Clients change their minds. Your crew shouldn't find out on site. Update the project, press Send to crew, and everyone on it gets an alert and the new version, in their own language. No group texts, no printouts, no "which version is this?"
You update the project
Change the scope, a measurement or a material. Press Send to crew. That's it.
They get an alert
An email in their language, and the project marked Updated the moment they open Scope Flow.
One tap to the new version
They open it and choose Replace, or keep both side by side. Their hours keep coming back to you.
