Your monthly requests are used first, then your credits. Buying credits needs a paid plan and a valid card on file.
Subscription and refunds
Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time. Some charges are our mistake: a duplicate, or a card charged after you cancelled. We refund those in full within 5 business days.

Common questions
What counts as a Scope Flow request?
Each drafted client update, subcontractor brief, email summary or walkthrough scope counts as one. Translations are free. Everything else — projects, tasks, clients, invoices — is unlimited.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your trial ends and no paid plan starts, so the account locks. Nothing is deleted — your projects, clients and subs stay exactly as they are. Pick a plan here and everything comes right back. The free trial includes 20 photos; more open with your first payment.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — between Standard, Pro and Enterprise, any time, from Billing in your dashboard. Upgrading shows the exact amount before you confirm, then charges immediately; downgrading credits the unused time toward your next bill. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused time.
